This little shredder did more than it's fair share of work--shredding old financial documents. It was correctly advertised as a 2 minute on, 4 minute off machine. However, it tore right through the staples, and didn't complain after an entire afternoon of removing my rubbish!

I purchased this item 11/13 recieved it 3 days later used it 20 minutes and it stopped working . I sent it back and asked for a replacement . Istill do not have one . Icalled them friday and they said they will get me one next week . I am not happy with this company .
