I wasn't real happy with this shredder when I first tried it. No matter what i did the paper got stuck in the center. Its supposed to shred up to 8 sheets but even 2 sheets made the motor bind. I contacted the company and they sent me out another one totally free of charge. It works great and is just as good as advertised. I guess I had a lemon to begin with but the company took care of the problem easily and with out hassel. One of the best I have ever used.
