So far (2 months) this machine has lived up to its claims. I got rid of a lot of old papers, and used it 3 or 4 times, pretty constantly for several days in a row. Only once did it need to stop for a rest, but it shredded everything and is easy to handle and empty. I've been very pleased with this product.

Fellows PSC5C..a little different model, but looks the same. Very heavy for a woman.

This shredder is awesome! I've owned a number of them, but this one is the best. It is extremely quiet, which means you can use it when you or someone else is on the phone or sleeping. It cross-cuts into extremely small confetti cuts. Also, this seller, Endless Variety is awesome! I got it within 2 days of ordering it.
