First for the good points:it came on time, there are 2 on and off switches. The challenging points for me finding the second on/off switch, seeing that it was only shredding in strips rather than micro shred, crosscut random, and is tempermental. It does not shred paper at all on the credit card side even if paper just drifts in slightly. I have yet to get the 100 sheet feed to work. I hope I'll like it better as I use it more, but it is going to need a lot of work to change my mind at this point. For the price of the shredder and the performance now I would have chosen a different shredder. Perhaps I was expecting something this machine is not capable of delivering, but according to the description and reviews it was. So overall, I'm disappointed.
