While it is nice because it fits nearly anywhere, this shredder can definitely not do 5 sheets at one time. It struggles with 3 sheets and almost always jams with 4. I have also tried to shred a bunch of papers one at a time and after 7 sheets, I had to give it 15 minutes to cool down. It definitely cannot shred credit cards like it says either. I can barely even start cutting a card before it jams. This is definitely no good for anyone unless you shred one to two pieces of mail per day. Other than that, get something better that actually works correctly.
