Just received it brand new and it is not working at all. Need to get repaired or returned.

Bought for office and does not perform as a HEAVY duty shredder at all. Had to send back to repair because of loud noise and getting jammed with far less paper than it says it can take. Sent back a second time to manufacturer since not any better after repair. We have not received 2nd repaired one yet.
